1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work the same way. This page describes the ones KollabHub actually uses today.
2. Cookies we use
We use strictly necessary cookies only. We don’t use advertising cookies, social-media pixels or third-party analytics tools.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token | Keeps a creator signed in to their dashboard (set by our authentication provider, Supabase). Not set for customers who only buy or browse. | Persistent; refreshed while you’re signed in |
| sb-…-auth-token-code-verifier | Protects the sign-in process (for example when signing in with Google). | Short-lived; removed after sign-in |
3. Third-party cookies at checkout
When a customer chooses to pay, the payment window from our payment provider, Razorpay, is loaded. Razorpay may set its own cookies or use local storage for payment functionality and fraud prevention. These are controlled by Razorpay under its own policies. They’re only loaded when you start a payment.
4. Analytics
Creator pages record simple counts of page views, product clicks and link clicks so creators can see how their page performs. This doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t store IP addresses or identify individual visitors.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, creators won’t be able to stay signed in. Because we use only necessary cookies, we don’t show a cookie consent banner.
6. Changes and contact
If we add other cookies or tools (for example analytics), we’ll update this policy first. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information. Questions? Contact support@kollabhub.store.
